Happy Healthy Meals & HH21 was created by me. I am a certified personal trainer & organic foodie. HHM's started with a personal nutritional change. I stopped eating meat, dairy, soy, preservatives, GMO's or anything with additives. I felt amazing! I rid myself of allergies, anxiety and was able to sleep through the night. My body reacted and started to function the way it was meant to, the way it never had before. I broke the addiction I had unknowingly created for myself over the years of eating all of the body damaging ingredients that are added to most of the foods we eat everyday.
That was the birth of Happy Healthy Meals. Because you shouldn't have to try to figure out what's in your food. So I began making plant based meals that I loved, that everyone who tried them loved. But there was a problem. There just wasn't a way to mass produce & store pre-made meals without preservatives. So I did the next best thing, I created a nutritional transition plan with recipes.
My goal with HH21 is to introduce the world to what clean eating really is. And to make it effortless. I believe in habitual health, being healthy out of habit.
